How do I reset my password on Essencha.com? You can reset your password anytime you forget it by accessing the login page. While on the page, enter your email address that you registered with, then click the "Forgot you Password" link below the login section. If your email is matched with your email on file, a new password will be generated and emailed to you. Once you receive the email, copy your new password into your clipboard (by right clicking it and choosing "Copy") and type it in the password field on essencha.com. Then click the "Login" button. Once you login, we highly recommend that you reset your password to a new password that you can easily remember. You can do so by clicking the "Account" link on the top navigation. From there, you can access the password page by clicking the "Reset Password" link on the left navigation. How many cups of tea does 4 oz. yield? Generally, 4 oz. of tea will yield about 50 cups of tea. If you do the math, 4 oz. of our black flavored teas will cost you on average 13 cents per cup! Now that's a luxury you can afford to treat yourself and friends to!
How do I store my tea? You tea will come packaged in one of our sturdy tins, depending on the size you order. Never store your tea in the fridge or freezer, and store your tea away from heat and direct light, making sure that the seal is tightly closed on your tin.
How long will my tea stay fresh? We take pride in knowing when our tea was plucked and processed so that we can offer you the freshest tea available. Tea has a shelf life, and so keep this in mind when ordering. We recommend you consume your black, oolong, and rooibos teas within a year, and your greens, whites, and herbals within 6 months. Once you get your tea, drink it! Don't shove it to the back of your cabinet, saving it for a "special occasion." Celebrate the little things in life with your tea, and seize the moment!
